«PAUP» continues to work successfully in 2017

Poltava Automobile Units Plant entered in 2017 as one of the most successful plant of the machine-building industry both in the Poltava region and in Ukraine as a whole.

In 2017, the plant does not plan to reduce the pace of work and the team of the plant, consisting of the best professionals - specialists and managers of Poltava region is ready to fully implement the business plan adopted by the enterprise management.

In addition to works related to the improvement of existing apparatus designs, the development of new products, the implementation of the provisions of social programs undertaken and the retention of existing volumes of production and sales, special attention is paid to restoring economic ties to expand its presence in traditional sales markets and to develop new markets. This, in turn, is also one of the conditions for the survival of the plant in a crisis, which has led to a decline in activity in many industries.

Despite this, it is already possible to note the resumption or significant growth in the supply of Poltava brake equipment to the conveyors of such giants of the CIS automotive industry as Minsk Automobile Plant, Minsk Tractor Works, Automobile Plant “URAL”, Pavlovsky Bus Plant, St. Petersburg Tractor Plant, Manufacturers of trailers and semi-trailers, special machinery. At present, Poltava Automobile Unit Plant is supplying its vehicles to the conveyor of more than 30 automobile manufacturers. Negotiations are under way on the prospects for cooperation with both domestic automotive manufacturers and foreign automotive companies.

The work on expanding the geography of supplies is also successfully carried out. This issue is all the more important and relevant, that the enterprise mainly exports its products, and its main partners today are foreign companies. Therefore, the growth in the share of exports to Belarus, Uzbekistan and Lithuania, expansion to the markets of Azerbaijan, Georgia, Kyrgyzstan and Sweden - successfully launched in 2016 and planned for this year - are very important for an adequate practical interpretation of the company's market strategy chosen for 2017. An important addition to the existing export marketing policy is an increase in the share of exports of consumer goods produced by the Poltava Automobile Unit Plant, as well as vehicles for rolling stock that were sold to the domestic market in 2015-2016, which were sold for more than one million UAH.
